By using this website and services, you agree to the terms of use. Vsnowy reserves the right to modify, revise or update the Terms of Use at any time by updating this release. The Customer confirms acceptance of the modification or update by continuing to use Vsnowy's services.

Before using this service or becoming a vsnowy user, you must read and accept and link to all the terms of this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend that you also access and read the linked information when you read these Terms of Use.

Vsnowy provides cloud, database, website construction and other related services, and provides network latency, lag, network security and privacy solutions.

Vsnowy is not responsible for the user's online conduct, including criminal and civil liability for damages that have been or have not been performed. Other provisions of these terms further limit Vsnowy's liability.

We grant you permission to use the Vsnowy Services, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms. Your use of the Vsnowy service is at your own risk.

Vsnowy guarantees 99% service uptime, we will notify you in advance of service upgrades and other operations. In no event shall Vsnowy be liable for any loss, monetary or non-monetary loss in excess of the client's payment to Vsnowy and shall not include attorney's fees or court fees, whether otherwise required by law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

In accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-proprietary, personal, non-transferable, non-license license to:

  • Use of the Vsnowy Services, including, but not limited to, products and services offered through vsnowy software or our website. Under the Vsnowy Services, this Agreement does not grant you any other rights or licenses. The license provided herein is valid until terminated. If you do not comply with these terms, the license will automatically terminate.
  • Vsnowy Services (including, but not limited to, Vsnowy software, mobile applications and all other items) are owned and copyrighted by Vsnowy and are protected worldwide. We reserve rights, title and interest in vsnowy Services and any part therein, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights. You may not take any action to harm, limit or in any way interfere with our ownership and rights in the Vsnowy Services. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated.

    • Prohibitions and restrictions

    Your access to and use of the Vsnowy Services is governed by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or block access to the Vsnowy Services at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice, for any user who violates any applicable law or these Terms.

    Prohibition and restriction of terms of use:

  • 5) Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the Vsnowy Services, any transactions related to the Vsnowy Services or any other activity we undertake, to disrupt our website or to any network connected to the Vsnowy Services or to bypass any measures we may use to block or restrict access to the Vsnowy Services;
  • 6) Use the Vsnowy Services in any unauthorized manner, including, but not limited to, intrusions into or increases in network capacity;
  • 7) Use any robot, reptile or other automated means to access our website or Vsnowy services for any purpose without our prior written permission;
  • 8) Collect or collect personal information about other users of the Vsnowy Services;

  • 16）Violations of general ethics or codes of ethics, good customs and fair conduct;
  • 17）Infringes the rights of any third party, including any violation of confidentiality, personal data, copyright or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
  • 18）Threatening, stalking, harming or harassing others, or advocating bigotry or discrimination;
  • 19）Try to manipulate the Vsnowy name, service or product;
  • 20）Soliciting or collecting personal information from minors or communicating with minors;
  • 21）Attempts to gain unauthorized access to vsnowy services, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to Vsnowy services through hacking, password mining, brute force or any other means;
  • 22）Use vsnowy services for any military purpose, including cyberwarfare, weapons development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, nuclear, chemical or biological weapons;
  • 23）Otherwise infringe or circumvent these terms.

    • In addition, vsnowy limits the speed of users who use bandwidth downloads for long periods of time, which can cause server exceptions and affect other users, to prevent IP abuse.

    In violation of these terms, we reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to Vsnowy services. Such suspensions or access restrictions may be implemented immediately by Vsnowy without any instructions, notice or refund. We may suspend your account for clarification, investigation, or request that you explain your actions and provide additional information. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us for more information. We may suspend your user account for a reasonable period of time before we permanently terminate it.

    Disclaimer

    We have made reasonable efforts to improve the accuracy and completeness of vsnowy services, but we are not responsible for downtime, data loss, data corruption, service delays, errors, outdated information or other errors. We reserve the right to change, suspend, delete, disable the Services or some of the Features of the Services at any time, as otherwise provided in these Terms. Due to human, digital, mechanical, telecommunications, software and other failures, our websites, products and services may sometimes be unavailable. We have no way of predicting or controlling when such downtime will occur, nor can we control the duration of such outages, and we will promptly notify you of alternative services for regular users.

    We are not responsible or liable for any delay or non-execution due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the failure of your telecommunications or Internet service provider, force majeure, earthquakes, fires, any liability or liability, floods, embargoes, labor disputes and strikes, disturbances, wars, novelty of product manufacturing or other unforeseen product development issues, and the conduct of civil and military authorities.
